Open Positions:

1.Hostess
• 3+ years Luxury hospitality experience
• Polished, confident, and professional
• Fluent English (fluency in additional languages like Italian, French, Russian, Chinese is added advantage)

2.Call Center Agents (Arabic & English)
• Fluent Arabic and business-level English (mandatory)
• 1–3 years’ experience in telesales, hospitality, reservations, or customer service
• Passion for outbound guest engagement and converting calls into reservations
• Strong communication skills and experience with CRM systems

3.Waiters / Waitresses
• 1–2 years’ luxury or fine dining experience
• Strong guest service and communication skills
• Good food & beverage knowledge

4.Bartenders
• 3+ years’ experience in luxury bars or fine dining
• Strong mixology and cocktail knowledge
• Passion for guest engagement
