The ideal candidate has an exceptional team leadership and guest experience track record as Number 1 or 2 in a beach hotel. European/Russian languages and Middle Eastern experience are preferred.

2) Senior Manager Development – Middle East (Dubai-based)
Reviews hotel management and branded residences opportunities through site analysis and market studies. Qualified in new hotel development feasibility and/or asset management. Proven track record in building relationships with developers, consultants, and key decision-makers.

3) Senior Manager Technical Services and Interior Design (Dubai-based)
Provides project management oversight, technical guidance, and brand standard compliance support for new hotels, residences, and refurbishments. Previous experience in a similar role is essential.
