Responsibilities: Greeting customers, responding to questions, improving engagement with merchandise and providing outstanding customer service. Operating cash registers, managing financial transactions, and balancing drawers. Achieving established goals. Directing customers to merchandise within the store. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media. Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections. Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.
