Position: Sales Supervisor – Telesales


1) Supervises and coordinates the daily activities of telesales representative engaged in promoting and selling a product by phone, typically by using a pre-established sales script.

2) Develops and manages sales assignments, trains sales staff, and tracks sales team progress towards meeting quotas.

3) Recommends changes to current sales techniques or procedures based on individual and team performance.

4) Monitors the performance of the sales team.

5) Contributes to the development of processes and procedures. 6) Sets weekly and monthly sales targets.

7) Facilitates an innovative technique to control outbound calls regarding individual life and medical products.

8) Implements methods and procedures to streamline sales process.

9) Creates and maintains leads and target lists for potential new customers over the phone.

Experience: Previous experience working as a telesales manager.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, human services or similar field.

Skill: Strong managerial and sales skills. Ability to multitask. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work well under pressure. Ability to write and present reports. Strong organizational skills.
