Position: Senior Officer HR & Administration
Requirement:
1) One of our clients, a leading insurance firm in UAE is seeking Senior Officer (HR & Administration)
2) Minimum of 5+ years of HR experience in the UAE
3) Excellent communication skills (Arabic / English)
4) Proficient in English Communication
5) Hands-on experience in Advance excel
Role:
Monitor and evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of service delivery methods and procedures; recommend, within departmental policy, appropriate service and staffing levels
Plan, direct, coordinate, and review the work plan for assigned staff; assign work activities, projects, and programs; review and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures
Perform a variety of functions; review employee evaluations; review formal documents including reprimands, suspensions, and terminations
Implement training programs
Development and administration of the annual budget; participate in the forecast of funds needed for staffing, equipment, materials, and supplies; monitor and approve expenditures; implement adjustments
Manage the Outsourced HR process. Overall governance hire to retire process and Reporting
Salary: AED 7000 – AED 9000
Location: Abu Dhabi
