Requirements:
- Qualifications: Qualified lawyer from a recognized university in a Civil Law (or Common Law) jurisdiction.
- Experience: 10 years of experience in legal, compliance, and privacy advisory within an in-house corporate legal department or law firm.
- Expertise: Strong knowledge in applying legal frameworks to electronics hardware, software, data, and retail businesses.
- Skills: Proficient in conducting compliance or privacy reviews, audits, and investigations.
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with corporate, commercial, competition, and consumer laws relevant to Middle East operations.
