Positions:

1) Infrastructure Administrator
2) HIS Support Engineer

Requirements (for both roles):
• Must have a Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of overall IT experience, including 2+ years in a hospital setting
• Hands-on experience with ticketing systems and understanding of SLA
• For candidates inside Kuwait only

1. Infrastructure Administrator:
• Knowledge of VMs, servers, backups, firewalls, GPO, AD, and Exchange
• Understanding of IT security concepts
• Experience in project management and daily task coordination

2. HIS Support Engineer Specific:
• Experience in ticket reporting and enhancement projects
• Familiarity with medical systems and clinical workflows
• Strong communication within a healthcare setting
