• Manage inventory, budgets, and financial aspects of the restaurant.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain an authentic Italian dining experience.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role within the UAE.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage a team and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Deep passion for Italian cuisine and a commitment to excellence in hospitality.
• Knowledge of restaurant management software and financial management.
