Responsibilities

• Promote and sell travel-related services including flight bookings, holiday packages, hotels, and visa assistance.

• Understand customer travel requirements and recommend suitable travel solutions.

• Achieve assigned individual and team sales targets effectively.

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business opportunities.

• Provide accurate guidance regarding travel procedures, visa requirements, and itineraries.

• Respond to customer inquiries through phone calls, emails, and direct interactions.

• Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and professional service delivery.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or customer service-related roles.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a target-driven and customer-focused environment.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Basic knowledge of travel services, booking procedures, and tourism operations preferred.

• Strong knowledge of travel package planning, customer support, flight and hotel booking coordination, visa assistance, travel documentation, sales techniques, and relationship management.
