Requirements:

🔹 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Microbiology
🔹 2–4 years of experience in the FMCG or fresh produce industry
🔹 Hands-on experience in setting up and developing an in-house laboratory
🔹 Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and Dubai Municipality (DM) requirements
🔹 ISO 22000 Food Safety Management System certification preferred
🔹 Based in or willing to relocate to Dubai, UAE
