Positions: Procurement Manager
Skills: Strong analytical, financial analysis, and Hotel Operations knowledge. Optimize OPEX and CAPEX budgets and expenses.
Experience: Minimum 5years of experience in Hotel & Catering field in UAE Manage Hospitality Division procurement cycle and daily activities within budget guidelines. Establish a network of reliable suppliers and negotiate favorable agreements. Oversee storekeepers’ purchases across properties and conduct audits. Collaborate with key contacts to determine product and service needs, handle pre-qualification, negotiations, and contract preparation.
License: Must have UAE Driving License
Location: Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
