Requirements:

Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, preferably within hotels or restaurants

Proven leadership and team management skills

Strong knowledge of F&B standards, cost control, and operational procedures

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Lebanese nationality required
