Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR or Hospitality
Experience: 12-15 years of HR experience, with 5-7 years in UAE hospitality.
Experience: Strong knowledge of UAE labor and hotel regulations. Professional, organized, and adept at multitasking. – Conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proven experience in employee engagement and retention Familiarity with HR software and systems.
