✅ Supervise daily hotel operations across all departments
✅ Oversee front desk and guest services during assigned shifts
✅ Resolve guest issues promptly and professionally
✅ Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams
✅ Ensure hotel policies, safety, and security protocols are followed
✅ Maintain service quality and guest satisfaction at all times
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (India or UAE preferred)
✅ Strong communication in English & Hindi
✅ Leadership, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
✅ Professional appearance and approach
✅ Knowledge of hotel management software is a plus
✅ Flexible with shift timings, including weekends and holidays
