Position:  VICE PRESIDENT (RESERVATIONS)

Core Responsibilities:

• Lead the positioning and development of international markets to strengthen the company’s global presence.

• Oversee and guide the reservations team, ensuring achievement of budgets and overall business targets.

• Define and execute short-term and long-term goals in close coordination with the Dubai Management team.

• Collaborate with executive leadership and departmental managers to design, implement, and execute business plans and policies.

• Monitor team performance to achieve maximum productivity.

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 8+ years of experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a strong background in Destination Management Companies (DMCs).

• Currently based in Dubai, holding a managerial-level position within the travel & tourism sector.

• Strong leadership abilities to motivate teams, drive performance, and make effective decisions.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional approach.

• Highly skilled in interpersonal communication and relationship management.

• Strong problem-solving abilities with analytical and strategic thinking.

• Effective time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
