Open Position:

Fitness Center Manager
✅ Lead the daily operation of the Fitness Centre and swimming pool, ensuring a safe, clean, and premium environment
✅ Manage and develop the fitness team while maintaining exceptional service standards
✅ Deliver fitness assessments, personal training, and support group fitness programmes
✅ Drive personal training revenue, member engagement, and wellness initiatives
✅ Oversee budgets, equipment maintenance, and third-party fitness partners
✅ Ensure operational excellence, health & safety compliance, and Trump brand standards

Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE, NASM, ACE or equivalent) with CPR/First Aid certification
✅ Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in a supervisory fitness role
✅ Strong leadership, commercial awareness, and customer service skills

Personal Trainer
✅ Conduct fitness assessments and deliver personalised training programmes
✅ Deliver one-to-one personal training sessions and group fitness classes
✅ Monitor client progress and support members in achieving their fitness goals
✅ Promote personal training services and member engagement
✅ Maintain a safe, clean, and professional training environment
✅ Deliver an exceptional member experience

Qualifications & Requirements
✅ Certified Personal Trainer (REPs UAE, NASM, ACE or equivalent) with First Aid/CPR certification
✅ Previous fitness industry experience preferred
✅ Strong communication, motivation, and customer service skills
