SOFT SERVICES DIVISION MANAGER

Facility Management (Dubai)
Location: Dubai, UAE
Type: Full-time | Immediate Start Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee soft services operations across multiple sites

• Develop SOPs, quality control measures, and operational plans

• Lead and mentor large teams (50+ staff)

• Manage budgets, contracts, and cost-saving initiatives

• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations and HSE standards

• Serve as the primary client contact for soft services

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in FM, Hospitality, or Business

• 8–12 years of experience in Soft Services/FM, with 3–5 years in a managerial role

• Strong leadership, planning, and client-engagement skills

• Knowledge of UAE labor laws & HSE regulations

Mandatory Certifications:

• BICS Certified

• Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DHA, and NADCA standards
