Position: Testing Coordinator

Requirements:
– The resource must have 3-5 years of banking experience having good knowledge of Retail Banking & Banking Operations.
– Knowledge of other areas like Corporate Banking, Trade Finance & Islamic Banking are also desirable.

Skills:
– Should have excellent written and oral communication skills
– Have prior experience of documenting Test Cases for Banking Applications
– Should have skills and experience to conduct User Acceptance Testing & record test results
– Should be well versed with bug reporting through Jira or other bug reporting systems
– Should have prior experience to prepare a testing plan and submit status reports to the Project Manager
– Should have basic technical understanding of software applications & should understand Software Development Life Cycle
– Should have good interpersonal skills to interact with bank staff across divisions
