🔹 Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, picking, packing, and dispatch

• Ensure inventory accuracy and timely order fulfillment

• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve operational excellence

• Coordinate with 3PL partners and internal teams to ensure smooth operations

🔹 Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse supervision (3PL / e-commerce experience preferred)

• Strong leadership skills with a process-driven mindset

• Familiarity with WMS and order management systems
