Position: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Coordinator
📍 Abu Dhabi, UAE
Responsibilities:

Internal Audits & Compliance: Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with Quality SOPs and food safety standards.

Customer Complaint Management: Investigate hygiene-related complaints and implement corrective actions.

HACCP & Food Safety: Manage HACCP programs and ensure food safety certifications are maintained.

Regulatory Compliance: Develop and update SOPs in line with Dubai Municipality and industry standards.

Liaison with Authorities: Act as the main point of contact with Dubai Municipality and other regulatory bodies.

Training & Awareness: Deliver training on hygiene, food safety, and emergency procedures.

Emergency Preparedness: Oversee emergency drills and maintain safety equipment and signage.

Monitoring & Reporting: Track hygiene performance and generate HACCP and quality reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations and training teams to enhance service and safety.

Sustainability & Waste Management: Promote eco-friendly practices and safe handling of hazardous materials.
