Position: Assistant Team Leader – Credit Cards

Job Description:

Signify Financing is hiring an Assistant Team Leader for our Credit Cards division. We are seeking motivated candidates with a minimum of 2 years of banking experience in the UAE, specifically in outdoor sales of credit cards (Mashreq Cards preferred).

Qualifications:

• Banking Experience: Minimum of 2 years in the UAE, focused on outdoor credit card sales.
• Target Oriented and Self-Motivated: Ability to achieve sales targets independently.
• Personality and Selling Skills: Strong personality with excellent selling skills.
• Communication and Relationship Building: Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.

Compensation:

• Fixed Salary: 5000 AED per month.
• Incentives: Additional incentives based on performance.
• Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
• Gender: Male/Female.

Additional Requirements:

• Commute/Relocation: Must be able to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Dubai before starting work.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience: At least 2 years of sales experience preferred.
• Language: Proficiency in English preferred.
