Position – General Accountant
Location: UAE
Experience: 2 Years
Salary: 2000 AED + Incentives
Role and Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
2. Handle day-to-day accounting tasks, including accounts payable and receivable.
3. Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports.
4. Conduct reconciliations and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
5. Support internal and external audits.
6. Assist with tax filing and regulatory compliance.
7. Prepare monthly and year-end closing activities.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
– Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in an audit or trading firm.
– Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
– Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.
– Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
– Good communication and interpersonal skills.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team
