Position: IT Support Engineer

Location: On-site, United Arab Emirates
Salary: Up to AED 4,000
Language Preference: English, Malayalam is a plus

 Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other office IT equipment
Troubleshoot and maintain internal networks including switches, routers, Unifi access points, and Fortinet firewalls
Administer Microsoft 365 services such as user creation, password resets, and mailbox management
Manage in-house systems including biometric attendance, CCTV (Hikvision), and access control
Monitor server performance, conduct backups, and ensure data security
Assist with domain, hosting, website, and basic web application support (knowledge of PHP/MySQL is an advantage)
Maintain IT documentation, asset inventory, and tracking
Coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed
Requirements:
Hands-on experience in IT support or system administration
Strong understanding of office IT infrastructure and internal support processes
Knowledge of networking concepts: LAN, WAN, DHCP, DNS, and VPN
Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin tools and Windows environments
Experience with security and surveillance systems such as CCTV and biometric devices
Basic understanding of website and web application technologies (PHP/MySQL is a plus)
Good communication skills and ability to handle multiple support requests
Malayalam language proficiency is an added advantage
