Zabeel Feed is seeking a dynamic and driven Emirati Assistant Manager – Marketing to strengthen our market presence and support the growth of our product portfolio across the UAE.

Role Overview

This role focuses on product marketing, market penetration, branding initiatives, field trials, and close collaboration with Sales and Business Development teams to drive sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Support product introduction and market penetration strategies across key customer segments

• Coordinate field trials and product validation, providing feedback to the Business Development team

• Assist in branding and concept development while ensuring consistent market messaging

• Provide technical marketing support and after-sales guidance to customers

• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitor activity

• Support sales execution through field action plans and performance monitoring

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and distributors

• Manage and support social media marketing activities

Candidate Profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing/sales within animal feed, agribusiness, or a related industry

• Strong market analysis and strategic thinking skills

• Excellent communication and presentation abilities

• Customer-focused with a technical orientation

• Ability to work cross-functionally with Sales and Business Development teams

• Fluent in Arabic and English

• UAE National (Emirati)
