WE’RE HIRING!
Position: HSE Manager

🔑 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain HSE management systems tailored to UAE construction projects.

• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and site inspections to identify and mitigate hazards.

• Lead incident investigations and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.

• Ensure compliance with UAE laws (Federal Law No. 8 of 1980), Dubai Municipality Regulations, and international standards (ISO 45001, ISO 14001).

• Deliver HSE training and toolbox talks for employees, contractors, and subcontractors.

• Monitor contractor compliance and conduct HSE coordination meetings.

• Collaborate with project teams to integrate safety planning into execution.

• Prepare and present HSE reports for senior management and authorities.

• Oversee emergency preparedness and response at construction sites.

🎓 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in HSE management within the construction sector (UAE experience preferred).

• Strong knowledge of UAE safety legislation and international HSE standards.

• Certifications such as NEBOSH Construction Certificate, SAMTRAC, or equivalent.

• Proven leadership and communication skills; ability to work across multicultural teams.

• Valid UAE driver’s license and willingness to travel between sites.

• Preference for candidates with South African experience and regulatory knowledge.
