Position: Project Engineer – 3D Laser Scanning
📍 Location: UAE

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, execution, and delivery of scanning and modeling tasks.

• Develop project scopes, timelines, and resource plans.

• Monitor progress, troubleshoot challenges, and ensure on-time delivery.

• Coordinate with clients, stakeholders, and project managers to propose scanning solutions.

• Conduct site visits and inspections to design scanning strategies.

• Manage vendor interactions, equipment procurement, and logistics.

• Ensure compliance with ISO, ASTM, ASME, and company guidelines.

• Process point cloud data using FARO Scene, Autodesk ReCap, Trimble RealWorks, CloudCompare.

• Generate detailed 3D models, as-built drawings, and digital twins.

• Conduct 3D scanning on terrestrial, marine, and industrial sites.

• Validate data accuracy from GA, P&ID, and structural drawings.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in survey and inspection

• Proficiency in FARO Scene, Autodesk ReCap, Trimble RealWorks, CloudCompare

• Strong skills in MS Office, AutoCAD, and basic Linux/Mac

• GPR & 3D Laser Scanning Certification (preferred)
